How do I add new fields or properties in PIM?

Introduction

Adding a new property and/or field to PIM must be done together with NextChapter support. 

Adding fields or properties

Adding data fields in the data schema is related to various processes in PIM (such as exports). NextChapter support must set up these relationships in the backend. Adding a new data field consists of 2 steps:

1. You can add a property or field to the product data yourself in PIM. You do this in PIM under the Properties tab. 

2. After you have created the new property or data field, inform support at support@nextchapter-ecommerce.com. Support will further arrange this so that the new feature or data is correctly forwarded to your sales channel (webshop/Marktplaces). You will be notified of this as soon as possible.
