If you make changes in the CMS, for example in texts or images, the changes will in principle be visible in your webshop within a few minutes.
What can you do if you don't see your changes?
- Wait fifteen minutes. Sometimes it is very busy on the platform and your change may be visible a little later.
- A simple but good check is to see whether you have saved your changes correctly.
- Delete your browser cache or view your webshop in a browser you normally don't visit.
This prevents your browser from saving previous versions of your webshop, so you do not see the latest version.
This will resolve itself over time, so webshop visitors always see the new version. However, you are busy working on your webshop and you probably spend a lot of time online, so you can still see the old version. So try clearing your cache and maybe that will solve it. - Have you made a change that is related to products? (for example filling a product rail or a category).
Then check whether you have linked valid products. Products that are invalid - for example because there is no stock - will not be shown.
