Why don't I see my Instagram rail?

This could be, for example, because data in your Instagram account - such as the API data - has changed, which NextChapter uses to display the rail.


Do you use Shoppable Instagram? Then it may also be that there has been a setting in your Foursixty account or something has been changed in Google Tag Manager.


Is your Instagram rail no longer visible? Please contact support@nextchapter-ecommerce.com and please send along your Instagram login details (as well as Foursixty if that's the case).
