There may be several reasons why your Instagram rail is no longer visible.
This could be, for example, because data in your Instagram account - such as the API data - has changed, which NextChapter uses to display the rail.
Do you use Shoppable Instagram? Then it may also be that there has been a setting in your Foursixty account or something has been changed in Google Tag Manager.
